V1 Exhalation Valves:
The V1 exhalation valves are our standard valve and feature a one-way airflow vent that expels condensation to keep your mask interior dry. Each valve facilitates easy breathing outwards by optimizing airflow. An easy twist seal locks the inner filter in place and blocks unfiltered air.

How do I choose the right size?
Fit is everything for comfort and performance. Each mask page includes a sizing guide, and our adjustable strap system plus flexible nose foam helps dial in a secure seal across a wide range of face shapes.

How long do RZ filters last?
The life expectancy of your RZ Filter depends on many variables, such as; particulate exposure density, particulate exposure duration, and user breathing rate. Below are our general guidelines:
20-30 hours of continuous use in heavy dust exposure to things such as; grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition, etc.
30-40 hours of continuous use in light dust exposure to things such as; grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition, etc.
50-60 hours of continuous use when protecting against allergens, pollutants, odors, etc.
Ultimately, filter life depends on your environment. Replace your filter when breathing becomes noticeably harder, the filter looks dirty, or after heavy-dust days.
What kinds of particles do RZ Masks help protect against?
RZ Masks are designed to help reduce exposure to airborne particulates like dust, pollen, smoke, and other jobsite or everyday nuisance particles. Different models/filters have different performance levels, so check the product’s certification or filter spec for exact use-cases.
