RZM3 · SIZING, FIT AND GLASSES

Find your size.
Make the fit yours.

A clear starting point for your RZM3: measure your face, choose Small, Medium/Large or XL, then adjust the mask with the eyewear you use.

Start at the bridge of your nose. Stop at the tip of your chin.

STEP 1 · MEASURE

Two points. One measurement.

  1. Find the bridge of your nose, usually just below your eye line.
  2. Measure from that point down to the tip of your chin. Do not measure past the tip or underneath your chin.
  3. Write down the measurement in inches. Ask someone to help if you cannot see the endpoints clearly.

MEASURING MADE CLEAR

How to measure for your RZM3

Use a ruler to read the distance from the bridge of your nose to the tip of your chin. Keep both endpoints visible and have someone help you read the measurement.

Face shapes vary. The illustrations mark where to measure; they do not assign a size based on appearance.

STEP 2 · CHOOSE YOUR RZM3 SIZE

Small. Medium/Large. XL.

Match your nose to chin measurement to the ranges below. Medium/Large is one combined size.

Right on a boundary?

At 4 or 4.75 inches, the ranges meet. If you are between sizes, outside the listed range or unsure, ask RZ for help before ordering. Face shape and your actual fit matter too.

These measurements are a starting guide for RZM3. Check the fit before use. Do not apply this chart to RZ Pro or another mask model.

STEP 3 · MAKE IT YOURS

Position. Adjust. Check.

RZM3 and its neck strap, head strap and ear loop options
  1. Position the mask
Cover your nose, mouth and chin. Follow the RZM3 instructions supplied with your mask.
  2. Choose your strap setup
RZM3 offers a neck strap, head straps or ear loops. Adjust the selected setup and shape the nosepiece to your face.
  3. Try your usual eyewear
Check the fit with the glasses or gear you plan to wear. If air escapes around your face or glasses fog, pause and readjust according to the instructions.

GLASSES AND FOGGING

Clearer glasses start with your fit.

Warm, moist breath reaching cooler lenses can cause fogging. Gaps around the nose give that air a path toward your glasses. Shaping the nosepiece and adjusting your straps can help reduce that upward escape.

Start with the right size, then fit RZM3 with the glasses or goggles you actually wear. The nose area, strap setup and position of your eyewear work together.

Set up your mask and glasses together

1. Position and secure

Cover your nose, mouth and chin. Choose one of the three RZM3 strap options and adjust it for a secure, comfortable fit. Follow the instructions supplied with your mask.

2. Shape the nosepiece

Gently shape the nosepiece around the bridge and sides of your nose. Check the nose area for gaps. Reposition the mask if needed rather than simply pulling the straps tighter.

3. Add your eyewear

Put on your usual glasses or goggles. Check that they do not shift the mask or disturb its fit. Breathe normally and check your view before starting your task.

IF YOUR GLASSES STILL FOG

Pause. Reseat. Check again.

  • Move to a safe place before adjusting your mask or eyewear.
  • Reseat the mask, reshape the nosepiece gently and recheck the selected straps.
  • Put your eyewear back on and check that the frames do not lift or push the mask out of position.
  • If the issue continues, ask RZ for help with your size and setup. Tell us which eyewear you use.

Clear lenses alone do not prove a correct fit or level of protection. Follow your product instructions and the requirements of your task.

Check before each use

Inspect the mask, straps and filter. If you cannot get a suitable fit after adjustment, ask RZ for help.

Match your filter size

Use RZM3 filters in the same size as your mask: Small, Medium/Large or XL. Check the exact model before ordering replacements.

Fit help for other models

RZ Pro and other mask models use their own instructions. Tell our team the exact model so we can point you to the right guidance.

For workplace use that requires an approved respirator or formal fit testing, confirm the exact product and requirements with your safety program. A sizing guide is not a fit test.
