RETURNS:

On March 11th, 2020, The World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a pandemic. WHO defines a pandemic as a global spread of a new disease. Due to concerns about hygiene and the safety of our customers and employees, we will NOT be accepting any returns, except in the case of manufacturer defect.

After the COVID-19 pandemic is declared to be over by WHO, we will review our return policy and continue to act in the best interest of our customers and employees. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

WARRANTIES:

At RZ Mask, we are proud to provide our customers with the best quality products! We guarantee any product sold by us or any of our authorized resellers to be free of manufacturing defect. If you would like to verify a dealer is authorized, please contact our customer service team. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately by email or phone.

If contacted within 90 days of the original order date, we will review the defect and provide either a replacement or refund depending on your preference and item availability. A defective item can be replaced by the same item or an item of the same price level. In the case of a refund, the order must have been placed directly with RZ Mask. If the item was purchased through one of our authorized resellers, a refund through that seller may be possible depending on their individual return policy.
