What Is Your Return Policy?

RZ Mask is committed to helping our customer Breath Safe™ and provide you with the World’s Most Comfortable Air Filtration Mask™!  We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. You may return any RZ Industries products in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact for a full refund of the merchandise value. We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the original order date.

RZ Mask reserves the right to refuse items we determine to have been worn, washed or soiled. In this case, you will receive an email from customer service and the item will be returned to you.

 

How Do I Return My Item(s)?

To print your return label, please click here. Once your package is labeled, please feel free to drop it off with the listed carrier within the applicable return window.

*Please note to utilize free returns on rzmask.com, the package must be sent from within the United States. *

We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.rzmask.com. Please return the product to the original retailer.

RETURN FROM RETAIL PURCHASE

You may return your new and unused RZ Mask product at the retail store it was originally purchased. Each retail location has their own return and exchange policy. If you have questions on this, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased.

 

Do You Accept Exchanges?

We understand that sometimes, things need to be tried on to find the right fit. If you find that the items you’ve ordered isn’t the right one for you, we’re happy to accept any items for exchange that meet the following conditions:

  • Item(s) being exchanged are in original, unused condition with tags intact
  • Item(s) is returned complete with original packaging
  • Item(s) is being exchanged for an item(s) of the same price
  • Original order date is within the last 30 days

 

In order to place an exchange request, please download and print the exchange form by clicking here. Include the form in the package with the original items to be sent back. RZ Mask provides free shipping for exchanges within the US. To request a prepaid return shipping label, please email our team at cs@rzmask.com. Once the package is delivered to our offices, our team will review the items being returned and process the exchange. You will receive a new order confirmation email and tracking number as you did with your first order.

*Please note we do not guarantee the item requested on your return form will be in stock at the time we receive your return. If it happens to be out of stock, we will contact you to pick another item.*

What Is Your Warranty?

RZ Mask prides itself in providing our customers with the best quality products! We guarantee any product sold by us or any of our authorized re-sellers to be free of manufacturing defect. If you would like to verify a dealer is authorized, please contact our customer service team. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately by email or phone. You can find the contact information below. If contacted within 90 days of the original order date, we will review the defect and provide either a full refund for the defective item or provide a replacement of the same item or item of the same price level, free of charge.

I’ve Already Placed an Order. Can I Change or Cancel It?

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to get your items out to you in a timely matter. Because of this, typically once an order has been confirmed it cannot be changed or canceled. There are occasionally exceptions to this if it is addressed quickly enough. To find out if we can make changes to an order that was recently placed, please call us at our customer service line. If we are unable to change or cancel the order, the return or exchange process can be followed to receive different items or a refund.
