Will your masks protect against viruses and/or other pathogens?

All our filter types block 99.9% of particulates down to .1 micron. This rate is known to be effective toward most airborne pathogens like Influenza and SARS.

Please be aware that our M1, M2, and M2.5 masks only filter the air being breathed in and not the air being breathed out. Because of this, they will only provide filtration for those wearing the mask. If you believe you have been infected, our masks will not protect those around you from the spread of infection. There are multiple ways the COVID-19 virus can be contracted, and we recommend following all prevention measures provided by the CDC and WHO.

If you are using our masks against airborne pathogens, the mask must be washed with a sterilizing soap and filter replaced after each wear in order to prevent exposure and spread.

Are your masks N95-rated?

Our masks are not yet NIOSH approved. As part of the multi-phase testing process, our filters have been tested at Nelson Laboratories in Salt Lake City, UT and tested at 99.9% efficiency against particulates down to .1 microns in size. An N95 rating means that a mask filters at least 95% of particulates down to .3 micron.

Due to current events relating to COVID-19, many of our standard items are currently out of stock as a result of high demand. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold or notify customers when out of stock items have been restocked or provide pre-orders.

I saw masks/filters cheaper on Amazon / eBay.

All RZ Mask certified dealers have a minimum advertised price for our products. Any products found advertised lower than our website or RZ Industries Amazon Page have a high risk of being either knock-off products or very outdated products. In addition, the filters for these cheaper masks may not have quality materials that have been tested for their effectiveness.

Lung health is important and not something that should be risked. Our masks are made of durable and comfortable materials, including an aluminum nose piece to ensure a proper seal. Each RZ Mask will come with two F1 active carbon filters that have been tested to block 99.9% of particulates down to .1 micron. When will my order ship?

Most orders placed at rzmask.com are fulfilled within one to two business days after the order has been placed. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID.

Are you accepting returns during COVID-19? What is your policy?

On March 11th, 2020, The World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a pandemic. WHO defines a pandemic as a global spread of a new disease. Due to concerns about hygiene and the safety of our customers and employees, we will NOT be accepting any returns, except in the case of manufacturer defect.

After the COVID-19 pandemic is declared to be over by WHO, we will review our return policy and continue to act in the best interest of our customers and employees. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What is your warranty?

At RZ Mask, we are proud to provide our customers with the best quality products! We guarantee any product sold by us or any of our authorized resellers to be free of manufacturing defect. If you would like to verify a dealer is authorized, please contact our customer service team. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately by email or phone.

You can find the contact information below. If contacted within 90 days of the original order date, we will review the defect and provide either a replacement or refund depending on your preference and item availability. A defective item can be replaced by the same item or an item of the same price level. In the case of a refund, the order must have been placed directly with RZ Mask. If the item was purchased through one of our authorized resellers, a refund through that seller may be possible depending on their individual return policy.

Where are your masks made?

All RZ Mask products are processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse in Minnesota. Our products are manufactured in a facility approved for medical production; an ISO 9001 certified factory in China.
