International Customers: Please Note That You Are Responsible For All Duties/Taxes/Fees With Regards To Import Into Your Country. Duties and Taxes Paid Upfront are Non-Refundable.
If you are looking to return your order for whatever reason we are here to help! Due to the nature of this product, we are not accepting exchanges, only returns. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Please note this process does not apply to manufacturing defects or warranty issues. Please see our warranty policy.
Please contact email@example.com with your order number and a photo of your issue to receive your return authorization to start the return process. You will need advance authorization to process your return. For returns within the United States, we will provide a return label; therefore shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded. For international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the package back to our facility; therefore shipping charges from the original order will be refunded.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
RZ Mask strives to get our customers the products they order as quickly as possible! When an order is placed, it automatically moves to processing right away. Because of this, we are unable to edit, add to, or cancel an order once it has been confirmed and placed. If the order has been fulfilled and shipped, you must complete the Return process in order to receive a refund.
RZ MASK PRODUCT IS GUARANTEED TO BE DEFECT-FREE UP TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
At RZ Mask, we are proud to provide our customers with the best quality products. We guarantee any product sold by us or any of our authorized resellers to be free of manufacturing defects. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately by email.
If contacted within one year of the original purchase date, we will review the defect and provide either a replacement or refund depending on your preference and item availability. A defective item can be replaced by the same item or an item of the same price level. We do not replace items that reflect the normal wear and tear associated with the use of the mask. Orders must have been placed on RZMask.com or purchased from our Amazon.com store (RZ Industries) for a replacement or refund.
