How to Participate

Thank you for your interest in our new M3 Mask. Should you meet the qualification requirements for this program, please review the details below.

  1. Complete the form below.
  2. RZ team member will contact you to verify information, if qualified, we will collect your shipping address to send your product samples.
  3. You'll be required to use the product for a period of no less than one (1) week and no more than thirty (30) calendar days before submitting feedback.
  4. You'll receive an invite to complete an online assessment to rate your level of satisfaction on a scale of 0-10 for the following data points. You can also submit additional comments.

After submitting the assessment, you're able to keep the product you tested. Should your organization be interested in using or distributing the product, you'll receive an exclusive discount for your program participation.

M3 Product Assessment

Following the duration of your trial. You'll be asked to rank your experience on a 0-10 scale in the following areas:

  1. Comfort Ability to perform your tasks that required the use of a mask without any discomfort.
  2. Effectiveness How effective the mask sealed and prevented you from breathing hazardous particulates.
  3. Useability How easy it was to apply the mask to your face, change straps, and adjust sizing.
  4. Maintenance The ease in replacing filters and washing the mask.
  5. Cost Effectiveness Competitiveness of M3 pricing.
