How long do RZ Filters last?

 

The life expectancy of the RZ Filter depends on many variables, such as; particulate exposure density, particulate exposure duration and user breathing rate. With that said, below are our general guidelines – as the user will have the final call given your exposure.

 

  • 20-30+ hours of continuous use in heavy dust exposure to things such as; grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition etc.
  • 30-40+ hours of continuous use in light dust exposure to things such as; grain bins, off-roading, construction/demolition etc.
  • 50-60+ hours of continuous use when protecting against allergens, pollutants, odors, smoke, dust, etc.

Cool masks

Pretty good would like them even more if filters were almost as big as outer piece, but does work well with the auto restoration life

M2 Mesh

I use this for forging, sanding and grinding metals, wood & other types of potentially toxic stuff. Now I just use it mainly to run to the freaking supermarket!!! Strange times! So besides work, it doubles nicely for all day wear due to viruses or whatever else may happen! Awesome mask, works great and good folks.

Great addition to my collection at just the right time

This is great! I can disinfect the neoprene easily. I have severe asthma that has turned COPD and am using this as a coronavirus mask. It is perfect. It fits perfectly. I am stopped by people frequently asking where to get one. I love RZ masks. They have been making my life better for years. I wish I had a stack I could sell to people. They would be safer.
